Manage your team members and billing in one place.

Team Members

Inviting Users

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team & Subscription
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the user's email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with a link to create their account.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access including billing, can transfer ownership
AdminFull access to settings, team management, all calls
ManagerView all team calls, provide coaching, view metrics
MemberView own calls only, receive coaching

Removing a User

  1. Find the user in the team list
  2. Click the menu icon (⋯)
  3. Select Remove from team

Removed users lose access immediately. Their calls remain in your account.

Editing a User

Admins can update a user's name, email, or role from the team list.

Subscription & Billing

Viewing Your Plan

Navigate to Settings > Team & Subscription to see your current plan, seat count, and next billing date.

Changing Plans

Contact support to upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Credit Billing

If your account uses per-minute credit billing, your credit balance and usage are shown at the top of this page. Credits are consumed as calls are processed.

Adding Seats

Seats are added automatically when you invite new users. Your billing updates at the next billing cycle (or immediately, depending on your plan).
