Team & Subscription
Manage organization seats, user permissions, and billing subscriptions.
Access: Organization Owners and Admins.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
| Role | Permissions |

| Owner | Full system control, user management, API keys, and billing settings. |
| Admin | Full system and user control; no billing access. |
| Manager | Access to team calls, coaching dashboards, QA scorecards, and metrics. |
| Member | Access to personal calls, personal coaching, and mobile apps. |
Inviting Team Members
- Navigate to Settings > Team & Subscription.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter email address and select role (Admin, Manager, or Member).
- Click Send Invitation.
Subscription & Billing
- Seat Management: Add or remove user licenses.
- Annual Billing: $500/seat/year (includes two months discount compared to monthly).
- Invoices & Receipts: Download past Stripe billing invoices.
