Aila iPhone App
The Aila iPhone app captures calls on your iPhone, syncs Plaud recorders, and lets you review calls, contacts, and loan data on the go.
The Aila app is iPhone only. On Android, use a Pocket recorder or upload native recordings.
Requirements
- iPhone on iOS 15.1 or later. Native call recording needs iOS 18.1 or later (see Apple's guide (opens in a new tab)).
- An Aila account in your organization.
- Optional: a Plaud Note, Note Pro, or NotePin recorder.
Find your way around

Account and settings
Everything below is in the Settings tab.
- Create an account: New users can tap Create an account on the login screen. A first-session guide walks you through your first call; replay it with Show onboarding again.
- Billing: Shows App Store billing if you subscribed in the app, or Manage subscription if you pay by card.
- Email notifications: One master switch plus a switch for each email type.
- Export defaults: Choose what Email me MISMO 3.4 sends by default.
- Integrations and Plaud device rows, Dark mode, Contact support, and Send logs to support.
- Sign out and Delete account.
