WAVV Integration

Connect your WAVV dialer account to ingest outbound and inbound call recordings directly via the WAVV Public API v3.

Configuration Steps

1. In Aila, navigate to Settings > Connections > WAVV.
2. Enter your WAVV Public API Key (starts with wavv_...).
3. Copy the generated WAVV Webhook URL.
4. In your WAVV administration portal, add the webhook endpoint for call.ended and call.recorded events.
5. (Optional) Enter your Webhook Signing Secret in Aila to enable HMAC signature verification.
6. Click Save Connection.

User Attribution

When a WAVV webhook does not specify an internal dialer user ID, Aila automatically attributes the call to the assigned contact owner in GoHighLevel.
