Pipedrive Integration

Sync call recordings, summaries, and activity records to Pipedrive deals and contacts.

Setup Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > Connections > Pipedrive.
2. Click Connect Pipedrive and authorize OAuth access.
3. When calls complete, Aila matches the caller phone number against Pipedrive Person records.
4. Aila creates an Activity linked to the open Deal and attaches the call summary and audio link.
