Pipedrive
Aila reads call activities from Pipedrive and logs the results on the person and deal. The writes are part of the Intake Agent.

If the person has no open deal, Aila creates one for borrower-style call types, such as lead intake, pre-approval, application, and purchase or refinance. Partner, agent, lender, referral, and voicemail calls never create a deal.
What you need
- A Pipedrive personal API token.
- A default pipeline and stage, so Aila can create deals.
Connect
- In Pipedrive, go to Settings > Personal preferences > API and copy your API token.
- In Aila, go to Settings > Connections and click Connect.
- Select Pipedrive.
- Paste the token and click Connect.
Aila sets up the Pipedrive webhook for you. If that fails, the connection shows a webhook URL to add in Pipedrive.

Field mapping
In the connection's settings, use Custom field mappings to map extracted data to person or deal fields. Use Deal stage rules to move a deal to a stage when an extracted value matches your rule.
How calls are matched
Aila matches the call to a Pipedrive person by phone number. It writes to that person's most recently updated open deal. If a call log can't link to the source activity, Aila creates a new one.
Troubleshooting
- The connection is rejected: Copy the token again. It must belong to a real Pipedrive account.
- No deal is created: The call type isn't a borrower-style call type, or no default pipeline and stage is set.
