Blink Voice Integration

Ingest calls automatically from the Blink Voice dialer platform into Aila.

Configuration Steps

  1. In Aila, navigate to Settings > Connections > Blink.
  2. Enter your Blink API Key.
  3. Copy your organization-specific Blink Webhook Endpoint.
  4. In the Blink management portal, configure webhook delivery for call recordings.
  5. Save the integration. Completed Blink recordings will process automatically in Aila.
