Calendar Integration

Connect your calendar to automatically record scheduled meetings.

How It Works:

1. Connect your calendar
2. Aila detects scheduled meetings
3. Bot joins automatically at meeting time
4. Recording starts and processes

Setup:

1. Click Connect Calendar
2. Choose calendar provider
3. Authorize access
4. Select calendars to monitor

Personal vs. Team Calendars:

• Admins/Managers: Can connect organization calendar
• All Members: Can connect personal calendar for their own meetings

OpenPhone

Integrate with OpenPhone for automatic call recording.

Features:

• Automatic call capture
• Caller ID sync
• Call direction detection
• Real-time webhooks

Setup:

1. In OpenPhone, configure webhook
2. Copy Aila webhook URL
3. Paste in OpenPhone settings
4. Test with sample call

Managing Connections

Connection Status

View all integrations at a glance:

• Connected ✓ - Active and syncing
• Error ⚠️ - Needs attention
• Disconnected - Not active

Refreshing Connections

OAuth tokens expire periodically:

1. Look for Refresh button
2. Click to re-authorize
3. Complete OAuth flow
4. Connection restored

Auto-Refresh: Aila attempts automatic refresh when possible.

Disconnecting

To remove an integration:

1. Click Disconnect
2. Confirm removal
3. Data remains in Aila
4. Sync stops immediately

Troubleshooting

Connection Fails

Check:

• Correct credentials
• Account permissions
• OAuth scopes granted
• Network connectivity

Sync Not Working

Verify:

• Connection is active
• Field mappings configured
• No sync errors in logs
• CRM webhooks enabled (if applicable)

Missing Data

Review:

• Date range filters
• Field mapping configuration
• Data availability in source system
• Sync frequency settings
