Charts

Charts holds analytics you saved from Ask Aila, such as calls per week or calls by team member.

Who can use it: Owners, Admins, and Managers.

Create a chart

1. Open Performance > Charts.
2. Click Ask Aila to create a chart.
3. Ask for what you want, for example "How many calls per week?" or "Show calls by team member".
4. Save the chart.

Manage saved charts

Saved charts appear on the Chart dashboard. Rename a chart with the rename icon, or delete it with the delete icon.
