Salesforce Integration

Connect Salesforce CRM to log call activities, attach transcripts, and map custom loan data.

Setup Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Connections > Salesforce.
  2. Click Connect Salesforce.
  3. Log in to your Salesforce Production or Sandbox environment.
  4. Allow OAuth API access for the Aila application.
  5. Configure target Lead/Contact assignment rules.
