Reviewing Calls and Exporting on Mobile

Review processed calls, stream audio recordings, query Ask Aila, and export mortgage files directly within the iOS app.

Call Detail Surface on iOS

Tap any call in the Calls list to open the detailed record:

1. In-App Audio Playback

  • Stream full call audio directly within the app.
  • Adjust playback speed (1x, 1.5x, 2x) or skip forward/backward 15 seconds.

2. Transcripts and AI Summaries

  • Read interactive, speaker-labeled transcripts.
  • Review concise bullet summaries recapping key discussion points and action items.

3. Ask Aila Assistant

  • Tap Ask Aila to start a streaming conversational query session.
  • Ask questions about specific customer statements or loan preferences.

MISMO 3.4 and FNMA Export on Mobile

Lending teams can generate mortgage application files directly from customer call details:

  1. Open the target call in the Calls tab.
  2. Tap Export Loan File.
  3. Review extracted borrower details, employment, income, and assets.
  4. Select Export MISMO 3.4 or Export FNMA 3.2.
  5. Use the iOS Share Sheet to AirDrop, save to Files, or email the file to your LOS.
