Calls, Playback & Export
Every capture — iPhone recording, Plaud sync, share-sheet upload — lands on the Calls tab and processes on the Aila platform. The phone shows the same results as the web: transcript, summary, extracted data, and Ask Aila.
The calls list
- Live status. Processing calls show their state inline and the list refreshes itself until they finish — no pull-to-refresh ritual (though pull-to-refresh works too).
- Search by call title, contact name, caller, or phone number.
- Filters. All calls shows everything, including failures; Needs link shows calls waiting to be matched to a CRM contact.
- Pagination. The list loads 50 calls at a time and keeps loading as you scroll.
Call detail
Open any call for four tabs:
- Summary — the AI summary of the conversation.
- Data — extracted fields (the MISMO data for mortgage calls), reviewable and editable.
- Transcript — the full transcript. If you arrived by sharing a recording ("Open Aila" from the share sheet), the app opens straight to this tab.
- Ask Aila — chat with the call: decisions, follow-ups, objections, numbers, anything said on the line.
While a call is still processing, the detail screen polls quietly and unlocks Ask Aila and export the moment processing completes.
Audio playback
Completed calls show a player bar: play, pause, and scrub through the original recording without leaving the app.
Contacts and CRM linking
The Contacts tab lists your CRM contacts with their call history. Calls link to contacts automatically when the caller is recognized; anything ambiguous appears under Needs link on the Calls tab for a manual match.
MISMO / FNMA export
Aila extracts MISMO 3.4 data from mortgage calls and exports FNMA-format files, from a call's Data tab or from a contact:
- Review the extracted data.
- Tap Export and choose:
- Email it to myself — most loan origination systems run on your computer, so emailing the file to yourself is usually the fastest path into your LOS.
- Save or share the file — the standard iOS file sheet.

Settings
The Settings tab holds your account and organization info, connection status for your integrations, the Plaud device row (with Unpair), links to the web app, and sign out.
