Aila Desktop for Mac

Aila Desktop is a macOS menu bar application that captures two-way call audio from desktop softphones and conference applications.

Capabilities

Menu Bar Recorder: Start and stop recordings directly from the macOS status bar.
Two-Way Audio Capture: Records microphone input and incoming system audio simultaneously on separate channels.
Supported Applications: Captures FaceTime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, OpenPhone, Dialpad, and WebRTC browser calls.
Automatic Upload: Sends recordings directly to the Aila cloud processing pipeline for transcription, QA scoring, and CRM sync.

Download the Aila Desktop installer for macOS (.dmg).
Open the disk image and drag Aila to your Applications folder.
Launch Aila Desktop and sign in with your Aila account credentials.
Navigate to Settings > Connections in the Aila web application and approve the desktop client pairing.
In macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security, grant permissions for:
- Microphone: Captures your local microphone input.
- System Audio Recording: Captures incoming caller audio.
