Recording Methods
Method 1: Google Calendar Bot
- Navigate to Settings > Connections > Calendar.
- Connect your Google Workspace calendar.
- Schedule meetings with Google Meet video links.
- The Aila recording bot joins automatically at the start of the scheduled meeting.
Method 2: Chrome Extension
- Install the Aila Chrome Extension.
- Join a Google Meet call in Google Chrome.
- Click the extension icon and click Start Recording.
- Click Stop when the meeting ends to trigger processing.
