Business details
Business details tells Aila how your company talks and sells. It sharpens chat answers, coaching, call scoring, and call types.
Who can use it: Owners, Admins, and Managers.
- Go to Settings > Business details.
- Fill in the guided fields about your company. Each field shows when it is Filled in.
- Save your changes.
Keep answers specific to how your team works. Aila reads them whenever it answers questions, scores calls, or suggests coaching.
