Settings
Settings control how Aila connects to your tools, processes calls, scores them, and manages your team. Open Settings in the sidebar. The tabs below appear in this order.
Who can use it: Owners, Admins, and Managers see every tab except Billing, which is for Owners and Admins. Members see My settings and their own task rules in CRM automation.

| Business details | Describe your company so Aila's answers fit it. |
| Call setup | Types, Routing, Defaults, and Processing for calls. |
| CRM automation | Rules for tags, stages, and tasks Aila applies after calls. |
| Call scoring | Scorecards, Formula, Targets, Comments, and Coaching. |
| Transcription | Keyterms for names and product words. |
| Mortgage config and Loan agents | Appear for mortgage organizations. |
| Team and billing | Invite people, set roles, and manage the plan. |
| My settings | Your account, connections, and preferences. |
