Integrations overview

Aila is AI agents for mortgage teams. It connects to 30+ phones, dialers, meeting tools, email providers, CRMs, LOSs, and AI assistants, so the Intake Agent and the Call Compliance Agent work from your real calls.

Connect, configure, or disconnect any integration in Settings > Connections > Integrations. Click Connect and search for the platform. The groups below follow the Connect menu.

CRM with built-in calls

Aila reads the call and writes the notes, tasks, and stage back to the CRM.

Phone & dialers

Keep your number. Recordings sync to Aila once connected. See the Phone & Dialers guide for what each platform needs.

Video meetings and recordings

Aila's meeting bot joins and captures the call. Connect your calendar in Settings > Connections > Integrations > Connect > My Calendar.

Email

Aila drafts borrower emails in your voice and saves them to your own mailbox as drafts. Connect under My settings > Connections.

Custom integrations are available on Enterprise. Click Request Integration on withaila.com/integrations (opens in a new tab), or send recordings from any system with the Batch Call Upload API.
