Capture calls: keep your number

Aila is AI agents for mortgage teams. Aila is not a phone system, so your loan officers keep their number and the way they already call. Aila picks up the recording from wherever the call happens. Each captured call goes to the Intake Agent, which builds the file and updates your CRM, and to the Call Compliance Agent, which scores the call.

Other ways in

  • Upload a file: On the Calls page, click Upload, optionally enter a client name, and select one or more audio files. Processing starts after the upload.
  • Batch API: Send recordings programmatically. See Batch Call Upload.
  • Chrome extension on a PC: The Aila Chrome extension exists mainly for Follow Up Boss. It can also record a call in a browser tab on a PC: open the extension and click Turn on call capture. On a Mac, use Aila for Mac instead. Install the extension from withaila.com/download/chrome (opens in a new tab).

Recording consent

Recording rules vary by state, and some states require every party's consent. iPhone and Android both announce native recordings to the other party. Follow your state's rules and your compliance team's guidance.
