# Transcription

Add keywords so Aila spells your names, products, and industry terms correctly in transcripts.

**Who can use it:** Owners, Admins, and Managers.

## Add keyterms

1. Go to **Settings > Transcription**. The **Keyword boosters** card shows your count out of 200.
2. Type a term in **Add a keyterm** and press Enter.
3. To add many at once, click **Import** and paste one term per line, or comma-separated. Duplicates and terms over 6 words are skipped.
4. Use **Search keyterms** to find a term. Click the remove icon on a term to delete it.
5. Click **Save**.

## Limits

- 200 terms per organization.
- 6 words per term.

"Aila" is always boosted. Mortgage organizations also get a built-in list of mortgage terms. Those fill the remaining room under the 200-term cap, so your own terms always take priority.

Aila transcribes with automatic language detection.
