# Team and billing

Manage organization seats, user permissions, and billing subscriptions in the **Team** and **Billing** tabs of Settings.

**Access**: Team is for Owners, Admins, and Managers. Billing is for Owners and Admins.

## Roles

| Role | Permissions |
| :--- | :--- |
| **Owner** | Everything a Manager has, plus ownership of billing. Only Owners can delete the organization. |
| **Admin** | Full access to settings, users, and billing. Admin seats are free, and Aila does not process an Admin's calls. |
| **Manager** | Everything a Member has, plus review of the team's calls, coaching dashboards, scorecards, and metrics. |
| **Member** | Aila processes their calls. Access to personal calls, personal coaching, and mobile apps. |

## Inviting team members

1. Navigate to **Settings > Team**.
2. Click **Invite team members**. Use **Bulk invite** to add several people at once.
3. Enter the email address and select a role (**Member**, **Manager**, **Owner**, or **Admin**).
4. Click **Send invitation**, or **Copy invite link** to send it yourself.

Invitations expire after 7 days.

## Billing

Open **Settings > Billing**.

- **Seat management**: Add or remove user licenses.
- **Plans**:
  - **Basic**: $50/user/month, or $500/user/year. Intake Agent + Call Compliance Agent. Self-serve with a 7-day free trial.
  - **Enterprise**: $200/user/month, or $2,000/user/year. All agents plus custom agents. Set up with our team.
- **Annual billing**: Annual plans include two months free compared to monthly. See [Plans](https://docs.aila.fyi/agents#plans-and-pricing).
- **Invoices**: Review past billing invoices.
