# Business details

Business details tells Aila how your company talks and sells. It sharpens chat answers, coaching, call scoring, and call types.

**Who can use it:** Owners, Admins, and Managers.

1. Go to **Settings > Business details**.
2. Fill in the guided fields about your company. Each field shows when it is **Filled in**.
3. Save your changes.

Keep answers specific to how your team works. Aila reads them whenever it answers questions, scores calls, or suggests coaching.
