# Settings

Settings control how Aila connects to your tools, processes calls, scores them, and manages your team. Open **Settings** in the sidebar. The tabs below appear in this order.

**Who can use it:** Owners, Admins, and Managers see every tab except Billing, which is for Owners and Admins. Members see **My settings** and their own task rules in **CRM automation**.

| [CRM automation](https://docs.aila.fyi/settings/crm-automation) | Rules for tags, stages, and tasks Aila applies after calls. |
| [Call scoring](https://docs.aila.fyi/settings/call-scoring) | **Scorecards**, **Formula**, **Targets**, **Comments**, and **Coaching**. |
| [Transcription](https://docs.aila.fyi/settings/transcription) | Keyterms for names and product words. |
| Mortgage config and Loan agents | Appear for mortgage organizations. |
| [Team and billing](https://docs.aila.fyi/settings/team-subscription) | Invite people, set roles, and manage the plan. |
