# Speed to Lead

Speed to Lead measures how long it takes an agent to contact a new lead. The target is 5 minutes and is not configurable.

**Who can use it:** Owners, Admins, and Managers.

## Read the page

1. Open **Performance > Speed to Lead**.
2. Pick **All agents** or one agent, and a window: **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, **Last 90 days**, or **Custom range**.
3. Read the summary cards: **Avg response time**, **Median response time**, **SLA rate** (leads contacted in under 5 minutes), and **Open leads**.
4. Check **Response time trend** for changes over time.

## Review an agent

**Agent performance** lists each agent with **Avg (min)**, **Median (min)**, **SLA Rate**, **Leads**, and **Last contact**. Click an agent to open a side panel with each lead: **Created**, **First contact**, **Customer timezone**, **Event type**, and **Time to Contact**.

Filter leads by event type (such as **Outbound call**) and status (**Complete**, **Open**, **No opportunity**, and others). Search with **Search leads…**.
