# Leaderboard

The Leaderboard compares team members over a time window.

**Who can use it:** Everyone. Members see activity but not other people's scores or outcomes. Owners, Admins, and Managers see everything.

## Read the leaderboard

1. Open **Performance > Leaderboard**.
2. Pick a time window: 7, 30, or 90 days. The default is 30 days.
3. Pick team members to compare, or clear the selection to see everyone.

## Columns

Columns include **Conversations**, **Dials**, **Talk time**, **Contacts**, **First convos**, **Median length**, **Talk share**, **Questions**, **Median score**, **Pass rate**, **Under 30**, **Own contacts**, **Follow-up 7d**, **Advanced**, and **Closed**. Hover a column header for its definition. Click a header to sort.

Score columns depend on your [call scoring](https://docs.aila.fyi/settings/call-scoring) setup.

## Open a team member

Click a name to open that person's performance page for the same time window.

## Export

Click **Export CSV** to download the table.
