# Aila iPhone App

The Aila iPhone app captures calls on your iPhone, syncs Plaud recorders, and lets you review calls, contacts, and loan data on the go.

The Aila app is iPhone only. On Android, use a [Pocket](https://docs.aila.fyi/capture/pocket) recorder or [upload native recordings](https://docs.aila.fyi/capture/android).

## Requirements

- **iPhone** on iOS 15.1 or later. Native call recording needs iOS 18.1 or later (see [Apple's guide](https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/record-and-transcribe-a-call-iph57c6590e9/ios)).
- **An Aila account** in your organization.
- **Optional:** a Plaud Note, Note Pro, or NotePin recorder.

## Find your way around

| Where | What's there |
| :--- | :--- |
| **Home > Calls** | Your processed calls. Tap one for the recording, summary, and loan data. |
| **Home > Contacts** | Every conversation with a borrower, plus Ask Aila. |
| **Capture button** (bottom dock) | **Start recording** (with a connected Plaud) or **Import call recording** (from Notes). |
| **Settings > How to use Aila** | Walkthroughs in three groups: **Native Apple Recording** (capture a call, pin Aila), **Plaud Devices** (connect, switch from the Plaud app), and **Pocket Devices**. Links to Apple, Plaud, and HeyPocket support. |

## Account and settings

Everything below is in the **Settings** tab.

- **Create an account:** New users can tap **Create an account** on the login screen. A first-session guide walks you through your first call; replay it with **Show onboarding again**.
- **Billing:** Shows **App Store billing** if you subscribed in the app, or **Manage subscription** if you pay by card.
- **Email notifications:** One master switch plus a switch for each email type.
- **Export defaults:** Choose what **Email me MISMO 3.4** sends by default.
- **Integrations** and **Plaud** device rows, **Dark mode**, **Contact support**, and **Send logs to support**.
- **Sign out** and **Delete account**.
