# Aila Docs

> Aila is AI agents for mortgage teams. It manages the origination workflow, from the borrower call to a clean file ready for underwriting, and stops only when a human needs to decide.

## Key facts

- Agents: Intake Agent (builds the 1003 in ARIVE or LendingPad from the call, needs list, CRM updates, credit consent audit trail, MISMO 3.4 export), Call Compliance Agent (scores every call; DNC, disclosures, rate quoting), Pre-Approval Agent (checks every doc, calculates qualifying income with the method shown; the LO issues the pre-approval), Ops Prep Agent (runs your SOP before underwriting), Ask Aila (chat with any file; LOS updates with approval), and custom agents.
- Plans: Basic $50/user/month (Intake + Call Compliance, self-serve, 7-day free trial). Enterprise $200/user/month (all agents + custom agents, set up with our team).
- Capture: dialers/VOIPs, a meeting bot for Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, iPhone/Android (Aila iPhone app; Pocket or upload on Android), Pocket recorders, and Aila for Mac. Teams keep their phone number.
- Integrations: 30+, including ARIVE, LendingPad, GoHighLevel, Bonzo, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Gmail, Outlook, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Security: SOC 2 Type 2 audit in progress with Sentry Assurance, monitored by Vanta. AI providers operate under zero data retention for loan data.
