# Wavv

Connect your WAVV dialer so completed calls and their recordings flow into Aila automatically. Each recording goes to the [Intake Agent](https://docs.aila.fyi/agents/intake), which builds the file and updates your CRM, and to the [Call Compliance Agent](https://docs.aila.fyi/agents/compliance), which scores the call.

## What you need

- A WAVV account with access to **Integrations > Webhooks**.
- A WAVV Public API v3 key, which starts with `wavv_`. Aila uses it to fetch recordings from WAVV. Legacy GoHighLevel recordings keys also work.
- Optional: the `whsec_` webhook signing secret from WAVV, to verify each delivery.
- Admin or owner access in Aila.

## Connect

1. In Aila, go to **Settings > Connections > Integrations** and click **Connect**.
2. Search for **Wavv** and select it.
3. Enter your **WAVV API Key**. Optionally enter the **WAVV Webhook Signing Secret (optional)**.
4. Click **Connect**.
5. Click **Copy** next to the **WAVV Webhook URL**, then click **Done**.
6. In WAVV, go to **Integrations > Webhooks** and paste the URL. Subscribe to `call.ended` and `call.recorded`.
7. Make a test call and confirm it appears on the **Calls** page.

## How calls are matched to your team

When WAVV sends a user ID, Aila maps it to an Aila teammate through your GoHighLevel user list, which matches people by email. When the webhook has no user ID, or the ID doesn't match a teammate, Aila attributes the call to the organization owner.

## Troubleshooting

- **Recordings are missing:** the `wavv_` API key lets Aila download the recording when the webhook doesn't include one. Without a key, Aila can only ingest the webhook and can't fetch audio.
- **Calls land on the owner:** connect GoHighLevel and make sure each WAVV user has an Aila account with the same email.
