# Blink Voice

Connect Blink Voice so completed call recordings flow into Aila automatically. Each recording goes to the [Intake Agent](https://docs.aila.fyi/agents/intake), which builds the file and updates your CRM, and to the [Call Compliance Agent](https://docs.aila.fyi/agents/compliance), which scores the call.

Blink registers the webhook for you, so you start in Aila, hand Blink a URL, and finish after Blink sends back credentials.

## What you need

- A Blink Voice account and a contact at Blink to register your webhook.
- Admin or owner access in Aila.

## Connect

1. In Aila, go to **Settings > Connections > Integrations** and click **Connect**.
2. Search for **Blink Voice** and select it.
3. Copy the **Blink webhook URL** and send it to Blink Voice for your organization's webhook registration.
4. Blink gives you an API key and a subscription ID. The key needs the `recordings:read` and `users:read` scopes.
5. Open the connection's settings. The dialog is **Blink Voice configuration**.
6. Enter the **Blink API key** and the **Blink webhook subscription ID**, then click **Save and verify**.
7. Make a test call and confirm it appears on the **Calls** page.

Aila accepts an event only when its `X-Correlation-ID` header matches the subscription ID.

## How calls are matched to your team

Saving the connection loads your Blink user directory, and Aila refreshes it every day at 6:00 AM Eastern Time. Aila processes a call only when the Blink extension maps to a billable, non-admin Aila user. A call with an unknown extension, an unknown email, or an admin mapping isn't processed.

## Troubleshooting

- **Calls aren't processed:** check that the caller's Blink extension maps to a teammate with an Aila account, then click **Save and verify** to reload the directory.
- **Nothing arrives after setup:** confirm Blink registered the URL and that the subscription ID in Aila matches the one Blink gave you.
