# Aila Documentation

Aila is AI agents for mortgage teams. It manages the origination workflow, from the borrower call to a clean file ready for underwriting, and stops only when a human needs to decide.

Aila moves first. A call ending, a borrower document arriving, or a trigger you set, like a stage change, starts the agents. They do the work in the systems your team already uses (your LOS, CRM, email, and calendar) and hand you only the decisions.

- **[Intake Agent](https://docs.aila.fyi/agents/intake)**: Transcribes and summarizes every call, updates the CRM, builds the 1003 in ARIVE or LendingPad, builds the needs list, and captures credit consent.
- **[Call Compliance Agent](https://docs.aila.fyi/agents/compliance)**: Scores every call on your scorecards. Flags DNC, missed disclosures, and rate quoting. Tracks dials, talk time, and tone.
