# Call library

The Call Library holds the calls your managers saved as examples for the team. Calls are organized in folders.

**Who can use it:** Everyone can browse the Library. Owners, Admins, and Managers can save calls and manage folders.

## Browse the library

1. Open **Library** in the sidebar.
2. Pick a folder tab to see that folder's calls.
3. Use **Search by call name…** to find a call.
4. Play a call inline, or open it for the full transcript.

## Save a call

1. Open a call from **Calls**.
2. Click **Actions**, then **Library**.
3. In **Save Call To Library**, enter a **Name** and **Description**.
4. Pick a **Folder** or leave **None**.
5. Save.

## Manage folders

Create, rename, and delete folders from the folder tabs at the top of the Library. Deleting a folder asks you to confirm.
